Sara is the President of Storesupport Canada Inc. Supportgruppen began over a decade ago in Stockholm, Sweden and is now one of the largest Service providers at retail with a presence that has grown nationally. With a field force of over 550+ Consultants the organization has built its success providing the best service and quality to retailers and vendors within the retail environment.
Storesupport launched the Canadian business in the Fall of 2009 and the Canadian organization specializes in providing quality people solutions. The focus is in two key areas, everything that happens in and around the Retail Business environment and Event Promotion and execution. Storesupport currently has a field force of 100+ Consultants in Ontario and will be branching nationally within the next 12 months.
For over 15 years, Sara has enjoyed a very exciting and successful career partnering with Global Brand Leaders in the Sales, Marketing and Advertising sectors in Canada and the USA. She has spent the majority of her time focused in Field Marketing Services within the Retail and Special Event sectors. Sara has been actively involved as a Board of Director for the Sunshine Dreams for Kids and the Georgetown Little Theatre Productions. When she is not out building brands she is a Freelance Jazz Singer.

Since Graduating in 1993 from York University, Clara has had the opportunity to explore a variety of industries which have afforded her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Her career path has taken her from Aviation to Print and Hardware Manufacturing to Marketing and finally to Retail. These are all very different industries from one another and yet have all contributed to her development in Sales and Customer Relations.
During her career as a Sales and Account Manager at MKG Imaging Solutions, Inc. Clara had the opportunity to build a strong rapport with industry leaders such as Staples North America where she interacted with C-Level Executives while acting as liaison between MKG and client personnel in solving problems and managing the relationship.
While at InStore Focus, Clara worked directly as the Loblaw Canada Account Manager & Reporting Analyst. In this position Clara managed the Loblaw Head Office relationship and helped in determining ways to improve efficiencies and increase quality.
In February 2011 Clara accepted the Role of Business Development Manager at Storesupport Canada. She has acquired new client partners who are leaders in retail which include but are not limited to: Rona, M&M Meat Shops, McEwan, and Galati. She is proud to be part of an organization like Storesupport whose environment and attitude is team driven and client focused. The Company has perfected building and creating a positive atmosphere whereby all members of the Company feel they contribute in one way or another which in turn generates loyalty. Bonnie Yhip has been a Service Professional in the CPG industry for the last 12years. Success has fueled her passion in the industry, while experience has earned her the respect of her Clients and Colleagues. Her career formed in the Consumer Package Goods industry working as a Part-Time field representative which allowed her the flexibility to achieve “work/life” balance while raising her family. It was with this experience that Bonnie entered the unique and dynamic world of understanding the needs of brands at retail.
Today, Bonnie Yhip draws upon her experience in the Consumer Packaging Industry to deliver and to achieve measurable success in servicing tier one companies. Throughout her career, Bonnie had the opportunity to work with clients such Nestle Canada, 3M, Unilever, Campbell’s, General Mills, Reckitt Benckiser, Elizabeth Arden in National Retailers such as Wal-Mart, Zellers, Shopper Drugmart, Home Depot and other retail banners.
Bonnie’s determination, positive attitude and skill sets contributes to her professional mandate to build a Sales Team at Storesupport by hiring employees with the right attitude and train them for skill. Bonnie continues to maintain strong relationships with her clients by utilizing her expertise to develop the client’s brands at retail.

With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Merchandising from the University of North Carolina, Julie is a dynamic and accomplished addition to our team. Julie has 12 years sales, management and merchandising experience in Retail, primarily with Gap Inc. This retail experience has cultivated Julie’s “eye” for the product and the skill to understand the consumer.
Seven years General Management exposure with the Banana Republic Brand has made Julie an exceptional leader in merchandising, leadership, customer service and care. Most recently Julie has been a National Account Manager for Brands including Fruit of the Loom, ED Smith, Perfetti Van Melle, Starbucks & Gerber for many national clients; Loblaws, Sobey’s, The Bay, Zellers, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire and Shoppers Drug Mart. Experience in Product Management has give Julie the detailed experience to create Product Plans to manage pricing, gross margin and channel distribution. This position also allowed Julie to work extensively on plan-o-grams and product placement to grow business, gain incremental shelf space and create successful promotional activities.
Gillian Stuckey, Experiential Marketing Events Manager - Store Support Canada
Through her varied career Gillian has built success in managing, training, supervising, and orchestrating Event Teams for in store promotions and travelling road teams. Her mentorship skills and attention to details has contributed to her success.
She has had the opportunity to work as a Brand Ambassador and Event Manager for clients including: Mercedes Benz, Red Stag Vodka, Three Farmer’s Camelina Oil, M&M Meat Shops, Square One Shopping Centre, LCBO Tasting Events and Slava Vodka.
Gillian’s expertise in people skills and her dynamic personality has allowed her to be in high demand by brand partners throughout her career.

Training is about attitude. Wanting to learn and put that into practice. Everyone learns something new everyday. With over 20 years of training experience Ed brings this passion to the Storesupport team. Having led training assignments in various industries such as financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail and marketing, he puts this passion into practice himself by constantly learning new strategies and ideas. Attendees have commented that Ed’s training sessions were some of the best they have ever attended. “Ed made it refreshing, engaged everyone and made it entertaining”.
With strong business acumen, a keen appreciation for business needs and growing and developing strong employees Ed has completed numerous assignment that have resulted in delighting clients with employees that bring a fresh approach to their jobs and results that increase sales and improve customer relations. Ed’s roles at Best Doctors, Canada Post, TD Bank Group, Prime Computer and his own training consulting company, Canadian Sales Corp, have provided him the opportunity to transition staff new and existing into new and better performing employees.
